  • Suit Yourself

I bought these 2 suits and loads of accessories for something like 4 figures and really just for 10 or so hours on my New York trip.

The bad news is that I don't know when I can wear one again.  So, if anyone needs someone in a suit to come with them as a good looking date, a body guard, a conman, whatever; let me know.

The problem is I have 2 shirts and 2 ties I didn't even get to try out.  Maybe I'll just wear a suit to work and act real pompous and powerful.

I'm going to Poland in 2 weeks, as everyone knows.  It's my first SUMMER visit in 8+ years.  The dead of winter makes it hard to run around and exercise and even harder to lure chicks to you with the promise of a green card.

I'm loving this World Cup thing.  With my overall dream of moving to England one day, it's good that I like it.  I'm invested in this USA team now.  I'm convinced that social media (especially twitter) is going to be big in making soccer huge in the US.  The US always wants to feel like it's part of the global scene, and having something to take pride in with soccer is big for that.

I wish we could convince some guys with British or Scottish accents to call American football games.  Very calm and pleasant.  But when they get excited, you get excited.

I got this new iPod nano 5th generation the other day, and I'm glad I did as it has the radio feature so I can listen to the TVs at the gym.  And unexpected bonus.

I love days off.  I went to the gym and lifted weights.  Ran on the elliptical.  And did loads of abs.  Need to impress with my shirtless Polish running.

The publicity from my NASDAQ thing is still going pretty strong.  On the fifteen minutes of fame clock, I'm still at around 13:30 I think.  And I've got a whole new confidence after the whole thing.  After talking to CEOs and other guys pulling 7-figures for a few days, just a middle-manager at your home office isn't so intimidating.  And I think I can bring it pretty good when I know what I'm talking about.

If you want to be respected by others the great thing is to respect yourself. Only by that, only by self-respect will you compel others to respect you.

Bootlegged ERRRR got legally about 3 GMAT studying programs to look at while I'm in Poland.  Standardized Tests were my claim to fame in my formative years.  Gotta bring that back.

Just realized I can watch all games from this World Cup free On-Demand via U-Verse.  I'll be a proper expert soon.
