There have been some rumors that I'll be working overtime for a while. These rumors are 100% true. Insert the 50-hour-work-week til Thanksgiving.
That's 10 extra hours of pay a week, which is a good thing in my opinion. Because if there's one thing that can outweigh my misery from being at work, it's my joy of having money.
Is it a bad thing that I live life with just a pseudo mental-sketch of a budget in my head? Ehh, so far so good. There's nothing quite like just going with all my online impulse buys with little to no care.
And now that my fantasy football team The Polish Hammers is the only 4-0 team left in my big money league, I can almost taste that $800 prize money. Okay, that's a bit gauche. And probably a jinx.
The only bad thing about working extra is that the lame time-change is coming up soon, so it'll be dark when I get off work. That will work to curtail my running at the park, since I'm scared of being being attacked or stepping on a snake.
The whole time change thing is a joke. There's no purpose anymore and it should be abandoned. Winters already have shorter days, so why are we shortening them more by falling back? Obama should take care of this now and I'll consider his administration a success.
Couldn't score Chicago the 2016 Olympics though, could he? Good, the Olympics are lame anyway. I just hope Rio de Janeiro can clean up their gang problems by then or the whole games will turn into
Cidade de Deus.
Houston Marathon coming up in something like 3 months. That's why I've been trying to step my game up lately. Maybe that's why I all of a sudden feel like passing out. Now I'm done.

Don't pass out again, please. Worried about ya, mike. I also concur whole-heartily with the time change business.
