I am the 24-year-old version of a bitter old man. It's annoying to be constantly annoyed.
I expressed to some older folk at my dad's birthday party about how post-college sucks because there's no good real "endgame". College had tests, semesters, graduations. Not so much now. Rubbish, I'll tell ya.
So the best way to keep myself inspired is to cling to some pipedreams and potential deux ex machina situations, like transferring elsewhere or whatever for a bit. (England?) Just to spice things up.
The apartment place is trying to con me into re-leasing, and then making me have to pay more if I choose a 6 month lease rather than a 12 month lease. Freaking con job. I hate the thought of committing to live here that long. I'm going to try to haggle with them tomorrow.
It's okay, though. I'm happy when I'm not fed up.

My way of screening stocks is to use Exchange, EPS Growth, Profit Margin, then screen with Bollinger Bands, then look at the cheapest and use my brain to analyze the fundamentals. Been working quite well. Triple digits profits.
