  • Speed Test - And A Challenge

Made it back to Austin for what should be a great weekend.  And, if I do say so myself, I come back a champion.
    BAM:

    115 words

    Typing Test

Totally legit.  I scored that at work.  I started just getting some low 100's and everyone was impressed, and trying their own.  Then I hit a 105 ,and some wanted to see me replicate it live, so under all that pressure, everyone watching.... BOOOM 115!  I literally fistpumped after seeing that score.  Loved it.

Typing fast is something I've always kind of taken for granted.  I mean I just type really really fast, I didn't know my speed was that incredible.  But, low and behold, it is.

Just another achievement to add to the resume.

I am accepting challengers.  Anyone who can beat my typing score (documented) can go on a date with me.  Unless you're a guy.  You can have a signed picture of me.

Maybe A Future Parttime Job: An average professional typist reaches 50 to 70 wpm, while some positions can require 80 to 95 (usually the minimum required for dispatch positions and other time-sensitive typing jobs), and some advanced typists work at speeds above 120.)

Sounds good to me.  I'll type til my fingers fall off.

Next I need to find a speed test for the Num Pad.  That is where I truly shine.  Years of my massive brain cashiering at La Suprema to thank.
