  • A Few Of My Favorite Things

After an infamous week, I think it's important to focus on the positive.

Like, for instance, I was able to pop my shoulder back into place manually.  But I think my left-handed pitching career might be over.

Hey, I made a banner for the site I bought:

I gotta tell you, I feel my age sometimes.  I haven't been able to keep up with changes in the internet as much as I would like.  I could barely figure out how to bootleg Photoshop ERRR UMMM WHAT?  I don't know what I'm typing, I pay for everything fair and square.

I did actually pay for the song Lights Out by Santigold fair and square.  And since it was 99 cents, that's only like half a cent for every time I listened to it this week.  It promotes the production of endorphins with its catchiness and unbridled positivity.

Tomato Soup.  I got a craving for this stuff something like 3 months ago and it hasn't stopped.  I like to make it and then add mushrooms to it.  In addition to the great taste, it keeps me healthy, wealthy, and wise.

The other day at the gym I thought about titling a blog post "I'm Not Long For This World", so then I became not long for this world, and I did title a blog post that.  Then today I was listening to a podcast of Rome's Show while walking around and he used the phrase "Clint Hurdle is not long for this world."  Stuff like this happens to me too much to be coincidence.

Like noticing a Baha'i Temple on a bus station map something like 4 minutes after mentioning the Baha'i

How many dollars has my 401K account actually earned in the past year?  Wait for it.  Wait for it.  $77.  Great.  I've earned more than that by accident.  But at least it's actually positive now, so I got that going for me.

I'm not going to complain about money.  I mean, I do ride around in limos.

And when did I start throwing up the deuce for pictures instead of the West Side symbol?  Big mistake.

My other group of friends is going to be pissed.

Oh, I almost forgot my favorite thing of all.  Texas Pete brand hotsauce.  This stuff is amazing.  It makes your food better (all food basically except maybe fruit).  It makes you into more of a man.  It looks cool in your cupboard.  My ex-stepdad introduced me to this stuff something like 19 years ago and I haven't looked back since.

    Texas Pete.

I instigated exactly one intoxicated technological communicado the other night.  And I had been doing so good lately.  Oh well, I'll illicit the help of what is a top-3 guiding phrase for my life:  "No Harm, No Foul".
