I haven't packed yet. Uh oh. I'll worry about that like 10 minutes before I leave.
I did this 5 mile run today. It was great. My pace was awesome. Here are the results:
A 7:40 minute per mile pace is pretty good for me. Kinda wicked. I came in 170th out of over 1700. Top 10%. Thatta baby. Slow and steady wins the race. The tortoise destroys the hare. And upon further review my actual pace was 7:28. Why would they calculate my pace with gun time and not chip time? Stupid.

Oh, I took this video the other day when my car was violated by a thief but I never posted it because it sucks and was too dark. But, it doesn't suck enough to not post so here it is anyway. Oh, there is adult language so make sure your kids listen if you want them to learn how to talk like an adult.
