  • Step Your Game Up

I played flag football with my after-work social sports work crew the other day.  And I am feeling it.  It's weird, I workout continually, but I guess my body is only used to running in straight lines.  And I had a few monster falls, so I'm sore all over.

Plus, I had to throw off like 15 times, meaning tossing a football as far as I can, a motion I don't do very often.

I've been living by a new motto of "step your game up" recently.  Like, when I'm tired and don't want to workout after work, I think to myself "step your game up", and then I go.  Or if I get a hankering for some sort of donuts that people constantly bring to work, I think "step your game up", and I don't get one.

Back on the high-fiber / tuna diet and it's been awesome.

Only 3 days of work next week.  Incredible.  I need the extra time for videogames.  I mix in my videogame with exercise, it's really ingenius.  I play a game of NCAA2009 then mix in situps and pushup in between.  It's just another way I go about stepping my game up.

I'm going to a University of Houston football game with my running crew on Saturday.  It's gonna rule.

Also, I've been watching this show Extras on-demand on HBO lately.  It's awesome.  It makes my beastly cable bill worth it.

I've been telling everyone at work to call me Master Blaster recently.  But now I wish I could change my nickname to Beast Mode.

But, I don't know.  Master Blaster is still cool.

    Master Blaster
