I'm sort of scared that I'm going to
go Ryan Leaf on someone at work Monday and end up fired.
I recover from disappointment pretty quickly and easily - especially sports related disappointment. I let it fester inside quietly and then it goes away. But now, due to having to make conversation with superiors at work, and college football being the only common ground, I'm sure someone will come try to give me shit about UT losing.
Me personally? I don't care too much about my teams losing a game, no matter how heartbreaking the fashion. I mean my life isn't great but it's good enough to where I don't define myself by and let my emotions hinge on a sports team.
But combine my standard bad attitude in the mornings, with it being a Monday, and then having people attempt to rattle my cage... well I might hit them with a "Don't talk to me alright! Knock it off!" blast. And there's my pink slip.
Oh well, then I could pursue my dream of sitting around at home all day instead of my current life of sitting around in my cubicle all day.
Here's a list of things I currently need:
1) A new car
2) A new computer
That should ideally all come true within 4 months then it's smooth sailing till retirement.
Here are a couple of pictures of me with my friends at a Halloween party and my Captain Adama costume.
I can wear it as I watch the first 10 episodes of Battlestar Galactica Season 4 I downloaded. As long as my computer doesn't self destruct or burn a hole through my chest. And that's why I need a new computer.
