  • How The Weekend Was Won

This weekend was actually pretty cool.  I give it 81.

I drank last night for the first time in a while, and I woke up feeling pretty shredded.  But, I didn't wake up with any major life-ruining regrets, which had been the norm, so I got that going for me.

I went running at the park yesterday and I saw a few cool things.
Thing 1: A bicycle built for two.

When will I ever have a loving relationship with someone I can ride a bicycle with? Answer: To Be Determined.

Thing 2: There was this little girl on a Razor Scooter and she was going down a hill and she started going too fast and she fell and rolled and started crying.  It was stupid because I know she wasn't hurt, she just wanted attention from her parents.  You have to learn that negative attention is not the way to go.  I would have given her alot more props if she fell and then got up and was all like "I'm fine."

Then it was funny when the Houston Texans lost.  They are my most hated team.  I tried to be a fan of them once but it didn't stick.  I hate them because I'm forced to hear about them on local sports radio and they pretend they don't suck when everyone knows they do.  Watch this video if you like seeing guys get helicoptered.

I had this super crazy craving earlier.  I never drink soft drinks, especially non-diet softdrinks. But I really really wanted some pineapple soda.  So I bought some.  It tastes marvelous. Fruit flavored soda is really underrated.

I also love when they properly refer to the football player formerly known as Chad Johnson by his new name, Chad Ocho Cinco.  It makes me smile every time.

    Albums I'm Listening To:
My Morning Jacket - All Their Albums.  They are awesome.
The Walkmen - You & Me
TV on the Radio - Dear Science,
Kings of Leon - Only By The Night
LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver

Oh, I have one more cool story.  We were in the elevator at work the other day, and it was pretty full.  We stopped at some floor, and the people wanting to get on weren't sure if we were too full, but then this guy goes "I can pack you in here." So I say under my breath kinda, "That's what she said."  I was very proud of myself, but even prouder when I saw some guy wearing a suit trying his hardest to stifle his laughing and giving me a knowing glance.  It was awesome.
