• Vigilante Justice

  Enough is enough.  It's time I stopped dreaming, and started doing.  That's right.  I'm becoming a superhero.
  
  I had known of a masked robber terrorizing students around here, and today, the following dinged my email with the subject "Another Armed Robbery":
  
  "This morning a student reported an armed robbery that happened yesterday between 5:30 and 6 p.m. at Taylor Hall.  The suspect description is the same as in two previous robberies--a male approximately 6' tall, medium to muscular build, wearing a mask and gloves, and brandishing a weapon.  In each instance, the suspect has demanded money. This is the third reported armed robbery on campus in three weeks. The first robbery occurred April 3, 2008 at the Music Recital Hall and the second occurred on April 16, 2008 at Robert Lee Moore Hall.
  This third robbery also confirms a pattern in victims.  All three armed robbery victims are Asian students (male and female).
  UTPD asks all students, faculty, and staff to be vigilant and report suspicious activity. Once again we're advising our colleagues to stay in groups as there is safety in numbers. Do not study, work, or walk alone. If you must study or work alone, lock yourself into your room / study room / office or sit facing the door."
  
  The gist of it is, a villain is robbing young unsuspecting Asians.  But the following line stuck out to me "UTPD asks all students, faculty, and staff to be vigilant".
  
  Be vigilant, eh? I think that means I have permission to be a vigilante.  Hey, if you say so.
  
  So, I decided that I needed a costume.  Unfortunately, my resources are limited.  But, criminals beware of... THE ROBED RENEGADE!
