I'm currently stealing ERRRR I mean borrowing from one of the slowest internet connections. I get about a 10% strength signal on what must be a 28K dial-up modem.
It's been a great couple of days on the slopes, and I've yet to experience a fatality. In fact, I'm shredding like I've never shred before.
Occasionally I reach speeds approaching the sound barrier, so it does a number on my ears. Luckily, I've done pretty well avoiding wipeouts. On the first day, I only had one epic crash that resulted in my skis being thrown every which way.
Today though, I only had one minor 360 turtle-shell sorta crash, but no harm, no foul. I'll get some pictures up upon my return. I hope to skill up enough to get some videos taken of me doing sweet jumps.
These attempted stunts could also double as a video of my death, which wouldn't be half bad. Hello, YouTube.
The people in this town (Durango, Colorado) are all somehow super awesome and nice. Granted, most of the ones I encounter on the skilifts etc. are relatively wealthy vacationers. But, who doesn't like relatively wealthy vacationers?
I'm currently connected to a network named "Beaver" which is pretty good and strong and I like to borrow from. However, they tend to turn off their wireless randomly, so I have to resort to 10% of the 28K modem, which is something like 2.8K. Woe is me.
But, I've got another day of Durango domination tomorrow, so I need to rest up. Get the quads stretched, work the calves, stretch the hips. Yeah, I'm hip.

@RachElizabeth214 -
I've done them virtually exclusively as my upper body workout the last few weeks (minus some biceptual work), and when i tested myself on bench, i was just as strong as ever, in the 300's range still. i do follow pyramid routine provided, with the alternation between normal, close, and wide. i probably work harder than it recomends though, as i dont take any rest days. and my skiing skills are incredible, and i have no problem poling myself around so i can thank my strong arms for that.
