• Potpourri

  I saw Derrick Johnson at the track the other day. He only ran one warmup lap, then did some NFL type stuff with this other beast.  What a pussy.
  
  I did my 3-mile run in 23:40 today.  That puts my pace at under 8 minutes per mile for a 5k length run.  Very puma like.
  
  It occurred to me the other day that people born in 1990 are turning 18 this year.  People who never took a breath in the 80's are buying lottery tickets and tobacco products.  And graduating from highschool. 
  
  That means these poor souls were too young to experience and appreciate the utopia that was the early 90's.  It was the best of times.
  
  I've been thinking that I really would like to get a pet fox.  David the Gnome had one, so I should too.  A fox is one of my favorite animals. A fox is like the perfect mix of cat and dog.
  
  I'll get a fox when I'm older and settled.  I'm also thinking of getting a good hobby.  I'm considering hot air balloonining.  It would be great to buy a big hot air balloon, and go around to ballooning conventions.  I could fly over bums and drop spare change on them.
  
  I cannot quantify the level of stupidity present in my history discussion class.  I tried to calculate the combined IQ today, and the closest I could approximate was negative infinity to the infinity power. There's one girl in there who speaks at an average pace of one word per second.  And of course she takes it upon herself to answer every question.
  
  I hope my pet fox likes trips in hot air balloons.
