My level of anger has really subsided over the years. I had to use my puma-like reflexes to avoid running into this incompetant neanderthal trying to pull out in front of me yesterday. A few years ago that would have spiraled me into a frenzy, but I let it pass with a couple of f-bombs.

I was talking to a friend the other day and she mentioned that she was going to spend Saturday volunteering at a homeless shelter. It's funny, because that's the same punchline I've used for years. But she wasn't joking about volunteering, she actually was. It was a weird experience.
