I've got this sinking feeling that my weekend night full of watching TV shows on DVD, doing pushups, doing the ab roller, and playing tetris, is but a mere preview to the rest of my weekends for the rest of my life.
There's no possible way it could improve
after I get start my fulltime job.
I guess every silver lining has a touch of grey, because this could be better than going out drinking. Anytime I drink now, I wake up with dozens of regrets.
One thing I don't regret is my recent pseudo-jackpot of comics. I don't know how long I can crank them out, so get 'em while they're hot.
The important thing is to have goals. I have some goals. A few. Run the 10K. Graduate. Buy a PS3/HDTV. I think that's about it. I guess after that I'll just float along aimlessly. Even more aimlessly than now. Aimlesslier, if you will.
The saddest thing is that there are only 53 episodes of Arrested Development. It's better than overstaying your welcome and seeing your favorite show get oversaturated and lose what originally drew you to it, but it deserved so much more. I've said it before and I'll say it again - 5 seasons. A good 100 or so episodes. Perfect amount.
I wonder what 100 episodes equals out to in human years?
