Rex N Effect
I like to keep an eye on my future employer's stock price just to make sure things are going well. I went there on my phone yesterday and saw they dropped nearly 70 bones and I came close to pissing my pants.
I figured the company was going under and I'd be layed off before I even started. I'd have to use my college degree for firewood.
However, I was relieved to see they had just executed a 2 for 1 stock split. Which is a good thing, because it encourages growth and allows more outstanding stocks to be bought.
On a totally non-related note, here's a Rex And The City.
Oh yeah, I have another cool thing to say. The other day my teacher, who is old, had to cancel class because he started feeling sick during the middle of class. Then we found out today that class was cancelled because he's still too sick.
It reminded me of a similar situation three years ago, which was hilarious and that I chronicled herein. The link to the guy's picture isn't active anymore. He must have bitten the dust since then.
