  • Go To Summer School or Die Hard

While you're out enjoying the summer blockbuster season, take Live Free or Die Hard for a spin.  It is pretty much awesome.

I was initially skeptical of this installment of the series, being it's been 12 years since the last.  But when I noticed the incredibly high marks on both IMDB.com and Rottentomatoes.com, I knew I had to go see it.

It did not disappoint.  It had a lot of the charm of the other movies, while adding some new dimensions.  The stunts are awesome.  Another awesome part was the Actor Formerly Known As Mac.  You know, the guy that plays the Macintosh in the Apple commercials.  He was also in the highly underrated Galaxy Quest.  He totally kicked ass in LFDH.

Action movies are one of my major guilty pleasures.  There's nothing like sitting back and watching some quality asskicking.  Plot optional.  I mean, I own the Transporter movies for Pete's sake.

But yeah, Live Free or Die Hard gets my approval.

The A I pulled in Analytical Chemistry also gets my approval.  Here's some tips, kids.  Always sit in the front row.  Teachers notice.  Also, it doesn't hurt to prove the teachers wrong on something or argue for extra points.  It shows that you care, and also lets them know who you are.
