• More Than Meets The Eye

  Transformers is probably the greatest popcorn film ever.  Just sit back, enjoy, laugh, escape reality.
  
  I never knew anything about Transformers as a kid and I still thourougly enjoyed it.
  
  I was especially glad to see the dude from Even Stevens is still kicking ass.  I loved Even Stevens as a lad, especially young Shia LaBeouf. However, I felt that puberty would ruin him, as it has with so many child stars.
  
  Au contrair.  He is alive and well and still kicking ass. His humor is even similar to that when he played Louis Stevens back in the day.
  
  And he wore a The Strokes shirt during the movie.  How kickass is that.
  
  And the best part of all... a cameo by Rick Gomez... none other than ENDLESS MIKE.  When I saw him I nearly imploded.
  
  So support good movies, go see Transformers.
