Total Destruction
Today ended up not totally sucking because on my walk home I saw the coolest thing ever. I have expressed my fascination with large machinery before, and today I saw this big bulldozer thing tearing down this house.
I think this house thing was some sort of Women's Only apartment complex. Undoubtedly, they are destroying it to put up another high rise, expensive, apartment in West Campus.
It was one of those steam shovel things. He was just knocking down walls and rolling over bricks. I wish I could destroy stuff for a living. There was seemingly no method to the madness, just a bunch of ass kicking.
It reminds me of this story book I read once about this giant steamshovel. The steamshovel dug this big hole, but then got stuck. I think it was an inspirational story because the steamshovel had to work hard to get out. I think he had some douschebag driver too.
There is bad news though. Somehow I have a splinter in my thumb. Horrible, I know. The worst thing is that I don't even remember hanging around any wood. I just looked and it was there. And I can't get it out.
I think this has something to do with an alien abduction. Perhaps it's not a splinter at all, but a microchip that has been implanted in me.
I can't blame the aliens. I would study me too if I could.
