  • Return of the Mack

I make my far-from-triumphant return to Austin tomorrow.  I'm equipped with 4 new tires, so I don't have to worry about my twice Fix-A-Flat'ed tire exploding and leading to my firey demise.

I've nary left the house since I've been in Nederland, and my days are spent lounging around and my nights are spent on an endless quest for knowledge.

I've been attempting to find any music this day in age that doesn't suck eggs, but it has been difficult.  I have determined that the UK charts more closely parallel my tastes, as everyone in the US seems to like songs that are horrible.

Everyone in England is cool.  I wish I lived there.  I love their accents so much that I actually watched a soccer match on TV for over 30 minutes today to hear their commentary.

The Lost finale is tonight, although I spoiled it about 10 days ago.  I'm curious like a cat, I can't help it.  Just call me Whiskers.  I'd still like to know what capacity the spoiler provider has in relation to the show.

One thing that keeps me happy is my Jump Around ringtone.  It is the awesome introduction to the legendary song.  It contains the power to make anyone that hears it happy and energized.  I remember about 8 years ago I would play the House of Pain CD at Ishee's and jump around the room.  More specifically, I would play their one good song - Jump Around.  And I dedicated myself to memorizing it about seven years ago - and I still remember.  So, if I'm ever in some futuristic Name That Tune gameshow, which is played to the death, and Jump Around is the song I get, I'll be set.

I've got a week till Summer school.  I'll spend the interim working on my numerous get-rich-quick schemes.  And organizing my BS.  Organization is the key to success - that's a real tidbit of knowledge I've learned.

Organization and cheating.  Cheating is good for success too.  That's for all you children out there.
