  • Aftershocks

There's this one particular feeling that's unique to a college experience, probably only applicable to decently hard majors as well.

It's the feeling of just getting through a test where you had no idea what was going on.  You look at the glazed over eyes of your classmates and their frowns mirror yours.  The chatter in the hall after the test has a confused and shocked undertone.  But what's most intriguing is that oftentimes the general feeling is one of delirium afterwards, rather than one of sadness.

I've come to the conclusion that the only way I'll be successful is through time travel.  If my future self could somehow send the sporting event results or test answers back in time, that would really make my day.

LOST is back in full force.  An episode involving time travel, amazing.  Now if they could work in zombies that would be cool.

Yesterday on my walk home from school was funny.  There was some drunk dude walking on the other side of the street.  I could tell he was drunk cuz he was staggering.  This was mid-day, mind you.  Then he swung around a lightpole a few times.  Then he kept walking and smacked into the side of a building.  He finally walked away into an alley.  When he ran into the building, I turned around and the chick walking behind me was laughing at the same thing and we exchanged a knowing smile.  It made me happy for a while.

Today on my walk home, I think I heard a horn playing "La Cucaracha" in the distance.  That made me happy too.

LOST was back in full force...until this week when they deployed the "filler episode". The three BIGGEST questions were answered...by not being answered at all. But I'll keep watching. Till next week.
